辛亥首义文化旅游区的开发现状、完善策略及其建设启示

摘要 辛亥首义文化资源是武汉市乃至全国独一无二的、具有世界影响的核心文化资源。武昌首义文化区规划建设和开发利用过程中,在规划先行、整体打造、功能分区、高标准建设、多部门协同等方面积累了成功经验,但也存在视野不够宏大、资源整合不够到位、文化价值挖掘不够深入、旅游品牌不够彰显、旅游交通不够便捷、文化旅游传播不够广泛等问题。在当前文旅融合的时代背景下,应从功能定位上将"武昌首义文化区"提档升级为"辛亥首义文化旅游区",以打造世界一流文化旅游品牌、建设世界级的文化旅游目的地为目标,进一步完善文化和旅游的空间布局,改善区域交通旅游线路,打造以"英雄武汉英雄人民"为主题的世界一流文化旅游品牌。一方面要打破管理权限上的区域分割,创新管理体制和运营机制,实现文化和旅游的深度融合;另一方面要突出文化内涵特别是特定历史文化的时代价值,同时加大传播力度,不断扩大文化旅游区的品牌影响力、竞争力。 The first-character cultural resources of 1911 are the unique and world-related core cultural resources of Wuhan and even the world. In the context of the era of the current Drainage, the "Wuchang Shouyi Cultural District" should be upgraded to "The Original Cultural Tourism Area of 1911" to build a world-class cultural tourism brand, building a world-class cultural tourist destination Target, further improve the spatial layout of culture and tourism, improve regional traffic tourism lines, and create a world-class cultural tourism brand that is the theme of "Hero Wuhan Heroes". On the one hand, it is necessary to break the regional segmentation, innovation management system and operational mechanism on the management permission, realize the depth of cultural and tourism;on the other hand, it is necessary to highlight the value of cultural connotation, especially the specific historical culture, and increase the communication, constantly expand The brand influence and competitiveness of cultural tourism districts.
