摘要
目的探讨精细化管理在社区高血压患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月就诊于东花市社区门诊的高血压患者200例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例,对照组给予一般管理,观察组给予精细化管理,比较两组患者高血压认知情况、治疗依从性及血压达标情况。结果管理前两组患者对高血压的认知情况无明显差异(P>0.05),管理后两组对高血压的认知均明显提高,且观察组提高更明显(P<0.05)。管理1年后,观察组患者治疗依从性及血压达标情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理较一般管理更能提高社区门诊高血压患者的高血压认知情况、治疗依从性及血压达标率。
Objective To discuss the application effect of delicacy management in community patients with hypertension.Methods The patients with hypertension(n=200)who visited the clinic of Donghuashi Community from Jan.2019 to Dec.2020 were divided randomly into control group and observation group(each n=100).The control group was given general management,and observation group was given delicacy management.The difference in hypertension cognition,treatment compliance and blood pressure compliance were compared between 2 groups.Results Before management,hypertension cognition had no significant difference between 2 groups(P>0.05),and after management,hypertension cognition increased significant in 2 groups which was more significant in observation group(P<0.05).After management for 1 y,treatment compliance and blood pressure compliance rate were superior in observation group to those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Delicacy management,compared with general management,can improve hypertension cognition,treatment compliance and blood pressure compliance rate hypertensive patients in community outpatient clinic.
