摘要
目的探讨江西汉族人群散发颅内动脉瘤的影响因素及其对弹性蛋白(ELN)、LIM激酶1(LIMK-1)的影响,为临床提供一定的理论参考。方法回顾性分析2016年6月至2020年6月我院收治的江西汉族散发颅内动脉瘤患者100例及同期收治的100名健康人群临床资料,分别视为疾病组和对照组,同时测定ELN、LIMK-1基因片段,分析散发颅内动脉瘤的危险因素,比较两组基因多态性差异。结果两组在性别、年龄、血压水平、血糖水平、吸烟频率、家族史方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic多因素回归分析显示,高龄、高血压、高血糖、高吸烟频率、家族史是颅内动脉瘤的独立危险因素(P<0.01)。两组ELN基因的3'-UTR(+502)、3'-UTR(+659)和LIMK-1基因的Pro(-961)、Pro(-428)、Pro(-187)五个位点的分布频率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高龄、高血压、高血糖、高吸烟频率是颅内动脉瘤发病的危险因素,ELN、LIMK-1基因多态性对江西汉族人群颅内动脉瘤有明显的影响。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of sporadic intracranial aneurysms in Han population in Jiangxi Province and their effects on ELN and LIMK-1,so as to provide certain theoretical reference for clinical practice.Methods Clinical data of 100 sporadic intracranial aneurysm patients and 100 healthy people who were admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and treated as the disease group and the control group,respectively.At the same time,ELN and LIMK-1 gene fragments were detected to analyze the risk factors for sporadic intracranial aneurysms,and the differences of gene polymorphism between the two groups were compared.Results Statistically significant differences were observed in gender,age,blood pressure level,blood glucose level,smoking frequency and family history between the two groups(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that the advanced age,hypertension,hyperglycemia,high smoking frequency and family history were independent risk factors for intracranial aneurysms(P<0.01).The 3′-UTR(+502),3′-UTR(+659)of ELN gene and the five gene loci,Pro(-961),Pro(-428)and Pro(-187)of LIMK-1 gene were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The advanced age,hypertension,hyperglycemia and high smoking frequency are risk factors for intracranial aneurysms.ELN and LIMK-1 gene polymorphisms are significantly effects on intracranial aneurysms in Han population in Jiangxi Province.
