摘要
在分析当前主流基于模型系统工程(MBSE)设计方法的基础上,针对商用航空发动机研制的复杂性及其系统设计中需求分析与物理模型交互难的问题,提出一种面向航空发动机全生命周期运行场景的MBSE设计方法。结合商用航空发动机设计研发特点,构建了一套面向全生命周期运行场景的MBSE设计流程,基于发动机全生命周期运营阶段、内外部环境、状态模式3个维度组合的场景全面捕获系统需求;基于可扩展标记语言的数据交换格式,对SysML模型和Modelica模型转换技术进行研究,实现了从需求模型到物理性能模型的转换,从而支撑基于同一架构开展系统功能和性能设计,进而建立面向商用航空发动机运行场景的一体化多学科仿真环境,实现对商用航空发动机研制需求的闭环验证。以某型号大涵道比涡扇航空发动机的地面起动场景为例,验证了所提方法和技术的可行性与有效性。
According to the analysis of current Model-Based System Engineering(MBSE)design method,aiming at the complexity of commercial aeroengine development and the difficulty of interaction between requirements analysis and physical models in system design,a lifecycle operation scenario oriented MBSE design method was proposed.A lifecycle operation scenario oriented to MBSE design procedure was constructed to fully acquire the system requirements from the aspects of lifecycle operation,internal and external environment and state pattern.Based on eXtensible Markup Language(XML)format,the transformation technology between SysML model and Modelica model was studied,which could realize the transformation from functional model to physical model and support system function and performance design through the same framework.An integrated multi-disciplinary simulation for commercial aeroengine operation scenariosis was established to achieve closed-loop verification of commercial aeroengine development requirements.The ground starting scene of large bypass ratio turbofan aeroengine was used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
