摘要
从5个地区采集样本,对样本分离筛选后,利用形态学鉴定和16SrDNA序列分析构建系统进化树,筛选出1株产红色素的壮观链霉菌AX-3。利用单因素和正交试验确定菌株的最佳发酵配方为:可溶性淀粉2%、甘油2%、硝酸钾0.2%、磷酸氢二钾0.02%、氯化镁0.02%、氯化钠0.01%。
Samples were collected from five regions and after sample isolation and screening,a phylogenetic tree was constructed using morphological identification and 16SrDNA sequence analysis to screen one red pigment Streptomyces spectabilis AX-3.The best fermentation formula of the strains was determined by single factor and orthogonal tests:Soluble starch 2%,glycerol 2%,potassium nitrate 0.2%,potassium bisphosphate 0.02%,magnesium chloride 0.02%and sodium chloride 0.01%.
