摘要
以新鲜草莓为研究对象,采用对比试验的方法研究荷叶乙醇提取物的抑菌活性。结果表明:荷叶乙醇提取液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌具有较明显的抑制性;明显减缓草莓贮藏过程中的烂果、质量损失及可溶性固形物、维生素C等指标变化,对延长草莓的货架期有一定作用。
Taking fresh strawberry as the research object,the bacteriostasis activity of lotus leaf ethanol extract was studied by contrast test.The results showed that:The ethanol extract of lotus leaf had obvious inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis;It can significantly reduce the rotten fruit,mass loss,soluble solids,vitamin C and other indexes of strawberry during storage,which can prolong the shelf life of strawberry to a certain extent.
