从补偿资金分配和水质评价方法两方面,总结新安江流域开展生态补偿项目的实践经验,分析生态补偿项目中存有的主要问题,从政策层面提出改进建议,为其他地区开展流域生态补偿提供借鉴。

This paper summarizes the practice and experience of ecological compensation projects in Xin'an River Basin from two aspects of compensation fund allocation and water quality evaluation methods,analyzes the main problems existing in ecological compensation projects,and puts forward suggestions for improvement from the policy level,so as to provide reference for other areas to carry out ecological compensation in river basins.
