摘要
基于各级各类科研项目连年增长的大背景,剖析农业科研项目管理过程中存在的主要问题,从管理方法、人才培养、激励制度三方面,提出切实可行的改进措施,为提高农业科研项目的管理水平提供理论参考。
Based on the background of the continuous growth of various scientific research projects at all levels,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the management of agricultural scientific research projects,and puts forward feasible improvement measures from three aspects of management methods,talent training and incentive system,so as to provide theoretical reference for improving the management level of agricultural scientific research projects.
