摘要
文章针对某核电厂主给水泵组润滑油站过滤器、润滑油冷却器后封头密封圈、给水前置泵机械密封可靠性不高问题进行了深入的研究,并针对研究提出了优化方案,优化方案在经过各性能试验验证后,应用到了6台主给水泵组,取得了良好效果,切实保障了核电机组在燃料循环内不发生因主给水泵组可靠性不高导致的非计划降功率或停机停堆的问题。
Based on the introduction of a nuclear power plant’s main feedwater pump unit,the article addresses the problem of low reliability of the main feedwater pump unit’s lubricating oil station filter,lubricating oil cooler rear head sealing ring,and feedwater front pump mechanical seal.In-depth research and analysis,and an optimization plan was put forward for the research and analysis.After the optimization plan was verified by various performance tests,it was applied to the 6 main feedwater pump sets of a nuclear power plant,which achieved good results and effectively guaranteed the fuel cycle of the nuclear power plant.There will be no unplanned power down or shutdown due to the low reliability of the main feedwater pump set.
