可再生能源接入条件下新型电力系统应急调度方法

摘要 由于传统应急调度方法设置的应急指标不明确,且可再生能源的接入影响电网的整体运行稳定性,提出可再生能源接入条件下新型电力系统的应急调度方法。在构建优先级供电配送模型基础上,重新设定电力系统应急指标,确定故障调度最短路径,完成新型电力系统应急调度方法设计。实验结果表明:根据电网系统弹性指数24h内电网测试指标的应急调度,文章提出的方法能够有效提高电网的整体运行稳定性。 Because the emergency index set by the traditional emergency dispatching method is not clear,and the access of renewable energy affects the overall operation stability of power grid,an emergency dispatching method of new power system under the condition of renewable energy access is proposed.Based on the construction of priority power supply distribution model,reset the power system emergency index,determine the shortest path of fault dispatching,and complete the design of new power system emergency dispatching method.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the overall operation stability of the power grid according to the emergency dispatching of the power grid test index within 24 hours.
