电费不仅是我国重要的财政来源,还是电力企业维持生产和发展资源的重要渠道。按时缴纳电费是人们的共识,但仍有部分用户不缴纳、拖欠电费,影响供电企业的资金流动,导致电力企业的经营陷入困境,更影响了国家的财政收入。本研究先介绍了回收电费的现状,然后从外部因素和内部因素两方面介绍电费回收难的原因。最后提出完善电费回收管理制度;建立信息网,提前预防风险;优化缴费方式三种策略。希望本研究能为电力企业电费回收工作提供参考。

Electricity charge is not only an important financial source in China,but also an important channel for power enterprises to maintain production and develop resources.It is a common understanding that people pay electricity bills on time,but some users still do not pay or default electricity bills,which affects the capital flow of power supply enterprises,leads to the operation of power enterprises in trouble,and affects the national fiscal revenue.This study first introduces the current situation of electricity charge recovery,and then introduces the reasons for the difficulty of electricity charge recovery from both external and internal factors.Finally,it puts forward to improve the management system of electricity charge recovery;Establish an information network to prevent risks in advance;There are three strategies to optimize payment methods.It is hoped that this study can provide a reference for the electricity charge recovery of power enterprises.
