电能计量是电力生产、销售以及电网安全运行的重要环节,发电、输电、配电和用电均需要对电能准确测量。电能计量的技术水平和管理水平不仅影响电能量结算的准确性和公正性,而且事关电力工业的发展,涉及国家、电力企业和广大电力客户的合法权益,保证电能的精确计量对国家电网有着重大的意义。随着电力用户的不断增加与用电负荷的多属性化,在计量中异常数据频发,探究异常数据的产生与处理方式,将对电能计量的精确度与供电公司精密化管理有重要意义。
Electric energy measurement is an important link in power production,sales and safe operation of power grid.Accurate measurement of electric energy is required for power generation,transmission,distribution and consumption.The technical level and management level of electric energy measurement not only affect the accuracy and fairness of electric energy settlement,but also related to the development of power industry,involving the legitimate rights and interests of the state,power enterprises and power customers.Ensuring the accurate measurement of electric energy is of great significance to the State Grid.With the continuous increase of power users and the multi-attribute of power load,abnormal data occur frequently in measurement.Exploring the generation and processing methods of abnormal data will be of great significance to the accuracy of power measurement and the precision management of power supply companies.
