我国反恐斗争的严峻形势,迫切要求监狱人民警察警务训练模式作出回应。基于此,作为监狱警察的培养基地,必须顺应一线警察的岗位需求,围绕监狱涉恐犯罪服刑人员的监测预警、安全防范和应急处置等关键问题,开展反恐防暴实训教学,全面提升参训警察的预防、打击和处置暴恐活动的实战能力和水平,增强监狱警察在反恐、防暴和处理各种冲突方面的执法信心和执法能力。在努力为监狱培养维稳处突骨干力量的同时,积极探索监狱警务实战人才培养的规范化路径和专业化对策,为全面治理和打击恐怖主义犯罪提供人才资源和警力保障。

The severe situation in the fight against terrorism in our country urgently requires the police training model of the prison people’s police to respond.Based on this,as a training base for prison police,it must comply with the job requirements of front-line police officers,focus on key issues such as monitoring and early warning,safety precautions,and emergency response for prisoners serving prison terrorism crimes,carry out anti-terrorism and anti-riot training teaching,and comprehensively improve the training of police officers.The actual combat capability and level of preventing,combating and handling violent and terrorist activities will enhance the prison police’s law enforcement confidence and ability in anti-terrorism,riot prevention and handling various conflicts.While striving to cultivate the backbone of the prison to maintain stability,the article actively explores the standardized path and professional countermeasures for the training of prison police practical personnel,so as to provide human resources and police guarantees for the comprehensive management and combating of terrorist crimes.
