新时代雷锋精神的内涵包括崇高理想和坚定信念、奉献精神、敬业精神、创新精神和创业精神。公安院校作为培养人民卫士的摇篮,在当今时代弘扬雷锋精神仍面临错误思想观念的存在减弱弘扬雷锋精神的力度、宣传教育工作不到位降低弘扬雷锋精神的效度、学习氛围的缺失削弱弘扬雷锋精神的深度等现实困境。这就要求公安院校以习近平总书记重要论述为引领,深刻理解新时代雷锋精神的基本内涵;以现代科技为依托,不断加强新时代弘扬雷锋精神的宣传教育;以校园活动为载体,积极营造弘扬雷锋精神的浓厚氛围等实践路径来积极应对。

The connotation of Lei Feng spirit in the new era includes lofty ideals and firm beliefs,dedication,professionalism,innovation and entrepreneurship.As the cradle of training people’s guards,public security colleges are still inevitably faced with such realistic dilemmas as the existence of wrong ideas weakens the strength of carrying forward Lei Feng spirit,the lack of publicity and education reduces the validity of carrying forward Lei Feng spirit,and the lack of learning atmosphere weakens the depth of carrying forward Lei Feng spirit.This requires public security colleges to take Xi Jinping’s important exposition as the guide,deeply understand the basic connotation of Lei Feng spirit in the new era,rely on modern science and technology,constantly strengthen the propaganda and education of carrying forward Lei Feng spirit in the new era,and actively create a strong atmosphere of carrying forward Lei Feng spirit with campus activities as the carrier.
