在新时代的视阈下,高校"青马工程"的开展,肩负着大学生理论知识学习、价值观导向和未来规划引导等多重责任,具有连贯的科学系统性体系。作为青年大学生思政教育的主要载体,"青马工程"在高校中的认知普遍存在培养层面较浅的问题。推动大学生树立文化自信,实现全面发展,以此为抓手,着力构建培养体系,增强高校"青马工程"建设成效。

From the perspective of the new era, the development of "Qingma project" in Colleges and universities shoulders the multiple responsibilities of college students’ theoretical knowledge learning, value orientation and future planning guidance, and has a coherent scientific and systematic system.
