Research on Effective Education Practice of Preschool Students from the Perspective of Competence

本文就《胜任力视阈下幼师生有效教育实习实证研究》课题的研究目的、研究方法与实施、研究结果及建议作了全面介绍。在胜任力视阈下探讨了教育实习对幼师生的影响、对高校与实习园所的信息反馈,以及影响教育实习效果的因素。为高校教学改革、园所提升协同育人质量、全社会参与提升学前教育质量提供了有效的建议。

This paper comprehensively introduces the research purpose, methods, implementation, results and suggestions of the research project "On Effective Education Practice of Preschool Students from the Perspective of Competence". Under this perspective, it investigates the influence of education practice to the preschool students, the colleges and kindergartens, as well as the elements affecting the effect of education practice. This study provides effective suggestions for the teaching reform in the colleges, the improvement of cooperative education quality in the kindergartens and the whole society’s participation in proving the quality of preschool education.
