摘要
为筛选出对星形毛孢子菌、石膏样小孢子菌、枝孢样枝孢霉3种真菌体外抗菌活性较强的中药,利用乙醇回流的方法提取黄连等18种中药的抗菌活性成分并制成醇提物浸膏,采用M38-A液体微量稀释法测定提取物对3种真菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。星形毛孢子菌MIC为黄连0.391 mg/mL,蛇床子、土荆皮1.563 mg/mL,藁本、大黄3.125 mg/mL,百部、荆芥、黄芩和土茯苓6.25 mg/mL,槟榔、虎杖、郁金和甘草12.5 mg/mL,大风子、地肤子和防风25 mg/mL,苦参、海桐皮50 mg/mL。石膏样小孢子菌MIC为黄芩、蛇床子0.1955 mg/mL,槟郎、藁本0.391 mg/mL,黄连、大黄、防风、大风子1.563 mg/mL,甘草、苦参3.125 mg/mL,海桐皮、虎杖、地肤子6.25 mg/mL,土茯苓、郁金、土荆皮、荆芥12.5 mg/mL,百部100 mg/mL。枝孢样枝孢霉MIC为黄连0.782 mg/mL,虎杖、黄芩、槟榔、荆芥、大黄、海桐皮、苦参均为3.125 mg/mL,地肤子、藁本、蛇床子、土茯苓、甘草、大风子均为6.25 mg/mL,土荆皮、百部、防风均为12.5 mg/mL,郁金25 mg/mL。18种中药醇提物中黄连对星形毛孢子菌和枝孢样枝孢霉体外抑菌效果最好;蛇床子、黄芩对石膏样小孢子菌体外抑菌效果最好。
In order to screen out the Trichosporon asteroids,Microsporum gypseum,Cladosporium cladosporioides three kinds of fungi in vitro antimicrobial activity strong traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The methods of using ethanol reflux extraction of rhizoma coptidis made of 18 kinds of Chinese medicine antibacterial active ingredients and alcohol extract extract,were determined using M38-A liquid extract of three kinds of fungi,the minimum bacteriostatic concentration(MIC).The MIC of Trichosporon asteroids was as follows:Rhizoma coptidis 0.391 mg/mL,Fructus cnidii and Golden larch bark 1.563 mg/mL,Ligusticum and Rhubarb 3.125 mg/mL,Stemonae,Schizonepeta,Scutellaria baicalensis and Smilax glabra 6.25 mg/mL,Areca nut,Polygonum cuspidatum,Radix Curcumae and Glycyrrhizae 12.5mg/mL,Chaulmoogratree seed,Fructus kochiae and Divaricate saposhnikovia root 25 mg/mL,Radix sophorae and Cortex erythrinae 50 mg/mL.The MIC of Microsporum gypseum was as follows:Scutellaria baicalensis and Fructus cnidii 0.1955 mg/mL,Areca nut and Ligusticum 0.391 mg/mL,Rhizoma copt idi s,Rhubarb,Chaulmoogratree seed and Divaricate saposhnikovia root 1.563 mg/mL,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix sophorae 3.125 mg/mL,C ortex erythrinae,Polygonum cuspidatum,Fructus kochiae 6.25 mg/mL,Smilax glabra,Radix Curcumae,Golden larch bark and Schizonepeta 12.5mg/mL,Stemonae 100 mg/mL.The MIC of Cladosporium cladosporioides was as follows:Rhizoma coptidis 0.782 mg/mL;Polygonum cuspidatum,Radix scutellariae,Areca nut,Schizonepeta,Rhubarb,Cortex erythrinae,Radix sophorae were all 3.125 mg/mL;Glycyrrhizae,Fructus kochiae,Ligusticum,Fructus cnidii,Chaulmoogratree seed and Smilax glabra were all 6.25 mg/mL;Stemonae,Golden larch bark,Divaricate saposhnikovia root were all 12.5 mg/mL;and Radix Curcumae was 25 mg/mL.Rhizoma coptidis had the best antibacterial effect on Trichosporon asteroids and Cladosporium cladosporioides in vitro.Fructus cnidii and Scutellaria baicalensis had the best inhibitory effect on Microsporum gypseum in vitro.
