猪流感是由猪流行性感冒病毒感染引发的一种传染性疾病,猪感冒通常是因为气候发生突变所造成的一种应急反应。一种具有传染性,一种是非传染性疾病。临床上猪流感和猪感冒的症状大致相同,如果不能进行有效的鉴别诊断,很容易造成误诊,使猪流行性感冒在养殖场中快速传播蔓延。做好猪感冒和猪流感2种疾病的鉴别诊断工作,对保证治疗方案的科学性合理性具有十分重要的现实意义。该文主要论述猪流感与猪感冒在兽医临床上的鉴别诊断和治疗方法。
