基于顶层油温升的油浸式变压器在线监测方法

Research on On-line Monitoring Method of Oil-immersed Transformer Based on Its Top Oil Temperature Rise

针对目前油浸式变压器缺乏有效在线油温监测方法的问题,提出一种基于变压器顶层油温升的在线状态监测方法,用于监测油浸式变压器是否处于异常运行状态,分析变压器运行状态与变压器顶层油温升之间的关系,介绍变压器顶层油温升理论值的计算方法,以及油温升数据的采样方法和异常数据甄别策略,设计了基于顶层油温升数据的变压器异常运行状态监测流程和方法。通过试验,证明所提方法可有效对油浸式变压器运行状态进行实时在线监测。

In view of the operation state identification and management of oil-immersed transformer, an on-line monitoring method based on transformer top oil temperature rise is proposed, which is used to monitor whether the oil-immersed transformer is in an abnormal operating state.In this paper, the relationship between the operating state of the transformer and the temperature rise of the top oil of the transformer is analyzed.The calculation method of the theoretical value of the temperature rise of the top oil of the transformer is expounded.The sampling method of the oil temperature rise data and the strategy of abnormal data identification are formulated.The process and method for monitoring the abnormal operating state of the transformer based on the top oil temperature rise data are designed.Finally, the experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively monitor on-line the operational status of oil-immersed transformers.
