摘要
针对国电电力邯郸东郊热电有限责任公司2号氢冷发电机组运行中氢气露点温度超标的问题,对氢气干燥系统、氢气冷却系统以及密封油系统进行排查,通过机组负荷升高对氢气湿度的影响,排烟风机管道积水对汽端密封油漏氢、氢气露点温度的影响等过程分析,认为密封油带水、密封油排烟风机管道积水是发电机氢气露点温度升高的主要原因,并提出针对性的处理措施。
In view of excessive dew temperature of hydrogen during the operation of No.2 hydrogen cooling electric generator of Guodian Power Handan Dongjiao Thermal Power Plant Co.,Ltd, the hydrogen drying system, the hydrogen Cooling system and the sealing oil system were investigated, and influences were analyzed of unit load increase on hydrogen humidity, of accumulated water in the pipe of exhaust fan on hydrogen leakage and hydrogen dew point temperature of steam end seal oil, etc.. It is considered that the main reasons for the increase of hydrogen dew point temperature of the generator lie in sealing oil with water and accumulated water in the pipe of exhaust fan, and treatment measures are suggested.
