空间治理视角下露天废弃矿山生态修复路径研究

Research on ecological restoration paths of abandoned open-pit mines from the perspective of spatial management

基于我国露天废弃矿山生态修复工作现状以及废弃矿山造成的压占污染土地资源、次生地质灾害、水生态环境破坏、植被生态系统破坏等问题,研究了当前国土空间生态修复视角下露天废弃矿山的地质安全隐患治理、水生态系统恢复治理、污染土地治理与开发、空间综合开发利用修复路径,提出了编制废弃矿山整体指引性规划、制定“一矿一策”精准制定恢复策略、鼓励市场化方式推进矿山生态修复的建议。

With the improvement of ecological environmental protection awareness,Chinese government at all levels and all sectors of society are paying more and more attention to the ecological restoration and transformation of abandoned mines,and fully tap the potential value of abandoned mines.Ecological problems caused by abandoned open-pit mines are an important problem that needs to be solved in the current ecological restoration process of land space.This paper focuses on the connotation of ecological restoration from the perspective of space governance and the current status of ecological restoration of abandoned open-pit mines in land space restoration.Analyses are made about the main environmental problems of abandoned open-cast mines,ecological restoration technology systems and restoration paths.Finally suggestions are put forward such as“one-mineone-policy”to formulate accurate recovery strategies and encourage market-oriented ecological restoration.
