Optimizing Group Assignment from the Perspective of Process Management

若要充分释放小组作业的潜能,必须优化小组作业的设计与完成过程。小组作业的优化应借鉴过程管理的思想,因其正是对过程优化的研究。该论文主张运用过程管理思想对小组作业进行优化,介绍了过程管理的核心原理与主要发展历程,提出教师可依照过程管理的步骤,对小组作业的设计与完成进行梳理,明确小组作业过程中的步骤和关键,师生共同探讨优化作业过程的可能性。

In order to maximize the benefits of group assignment, the process of designing and completing group work must be optimized. Such optimization should draw on the idea of process management, for the latter is the scientific study of process optimization. This thesis gives a brief introduction to process management, and advocates that teachers should design group assignments according to the principles of process management, identify the key steps, monitor the completion, and discuss the possibility of optimization with the students.
