摘要
航空航天事业的快速发展对航空航天制造业提出了更高的要求,同时也对航空航天专业人才培养提出了许多新的要求,最主要体现在对专业知识的系统性、课程内容的前沿性、培养模式的实践性等环节的提升。将增强现实技术引入到航空宇航制造工程专业课程教学实践中,利用智能可穿戴装配原型系统模拟飞机装配场景,显示正确的装配路径和方法,指导学生进行飞机结构件或线缆装配,解决了传统课程教学中出现的教学科研内容与航空航天制造新发展脱节、教学和科研脱节、教学手段与"互联网+"时代新技术脱节等问题达到培养适应航空航天制造新形势创新人才的目的。
The rapid development of aerospace industry not only puts forward higher requirements for aerospace manufacturing industry, but also puts forward many new requirements for the training of aerospace professionals,which is mainly reflected in the improvement of the systematicness of professional knowledge, the cutting-edge of curriculum content, the practicality of training mode and so on. The augmented reality technology is introduced into the teaching practice of aerospace manufacturing engineering, the intelligent wearable assembly prototype system is used to simulate the aircraft assembly scene, display the correct assembly path and method, guide students to assemble aircraft structural parts or cables, and solve the disconnection between the teaching and scientific research content in the traditional course teaching and the new development of aerospace manufacturing problems such as disconnection between teaching and research, and disconnection between teaching methods and new technologies in the Internet plus times have reached the goal of training talents adapting to the new situation of aerospace manufacturing.
