“三全育人”视角下民办高校辅导员心理育人路径探索

摘要 心理育人工作是民办高校脱离母体庇护,建立自身品牌优势的关键,面对心理异常数据上升、顶层设计统筹不充分、需求侧与供给侧失衡、合力育人力度不足等问题,民办院校M院形成了一般问题学院疏导、重点问题专业指导、严重问题送症治疗,点、线、面全方位覆盖的三层级工作模式。M院辅导员作为心理育人一线工作者,在三全育人视角下,探索出全方位观察、全程倾听、全员联动的工作路径,为民办高校辅导员做好心理育人的纽带和桥梁,落实三全育人提供了参考。 Psychological education is the key for private colleges to break away from the protection of mother’s asylum and establish their own brand advantages. Faced with rising psychological abnormal data, insufficient top-level design coordination, unbalanced demand and supply sides, insufficient joint efforts to educate people, the M school of private colleges has formed a three-level work model of points, lines and areas that covers general issues of colleges,professional guidance of major issues, serious issues treatment. As a frontline worker of psychological education, the counselors of the M college have explored the working path of omni-directional observation, full listening, and allmember interaction from the perspective of three-dimensional education, so as to serve as a bond and bridge for psychological education for private college counselors, which provides a reference for the implementation of Sanquan Education.
