University library is an important base of think tank construction in the new era.Based on this,this paper explains the advantages of university library as a think tank base from four aspects of knowledge service platform and knowledge service experience of professional technical team of document information resources.And the content of university library service oriented to think tank construction is analyzed emphatically.
