摘要
科学合理的激励机制有助于激发辅导员内生动力,保障辅导员发展利益,规范辅导员职业行为,进而推动辅导员队伍专业化职业化发展.在新时代背景下,构建科学合理的激励机制应汲取辅导员队伍建设基本经验、回应现实问题、遵循制度要求,从畅通职业发展路径、健全教育培训体系、构建职业荣誉制度、完善工作待遇保障等方面不断加强和改进辅导员队伍激励机制建设.
Scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism helps to stimulate the endogenous motivation of counselors,protect the development interests of counselors,standardize the professional behavior of counselors,and then promote the professional development of counselors.In the context of the new era,to build a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism,we should learn from the basic experience of counselor team construction,respond to practical problems,follow the system requirements,and constantly strengthen and improve the construction of counselor team incentive mechanism from the aspects of unblocking career development path,improving education and training system,building professional honor system,improving work treatment guarantee,etc.
