"家庭治疗"课程教学的现实困境与突破

摘要 家庭教育是"家—校—社"协同育人的重要组成部分.当前国家层面高度重视心理健康教育、家庭教育及思政课程建设."家庭治疗"课程教学具有强烈的专业性与技术性、明确的显性教学与隐性习得多维特征.课程突显出起步晚,咨询技能较弱;外控逻辑影响大,内生动力不足;缺乏知识、理论体系与技术技能的融合教育等现实困境.以强化咨询基础,补齐理论和技术结合的短板;激发内生动力,适度运用外控逻辑;转变课程教学模式,将学生的主体地位凸显出来是未来工作突破的举措与方向. Family education is an important part of"family-school-society"collaborative education.At present,the national level attaches great importance to mental health education,family education and ideological and political curriculum construction.The teaching of"family therapy"has strong professional and technical characteristics,clear multi-dimensional characteristics of explicit teaching and implicit acquisition.The course highlights the late start and weak consulting skills;The external control logic has great influence and the endogenous power is insufficient;Lack of integration education of knowledge,theoretical system and technical skills.To strengthen the basis of consultation and supplement the short board of the combination of theory and technology;Stimulate endogenous power and appropriately use external control logic;Changing the curriculum teaching mode and highlighting the dominant position of students is the measure and direction of future work breakthrough.
