多民族地区中小学教育质量的理论探讨

摘要 教育质量是教育事业可持续发展的生命线,党和国家高度重视.我国作为一个多民族的国家,没有多民族地区基础教育的高质量发展,就没有整体教育事业的健康、快速发展.新形势下,提升多民族地区中小学教育质量任务紧迫.文章从科学教育发展观出发,综合国内外研究成果,将我国多民族地区中小学教育质量内涵概括为五个方面,将其质量提升的维度归纳为短期五个方面和长期的一个方面,为多民族地区中小学教育质量研究提供了理论基础. Education quality is the lifeline of the sustainable development of education,which is highly valued by the party and the state.As a multi-ethnic country,without the high-quality development of basic education in multi-ethnic areas,there will be no healthy and rapid development of the overall education.Under the new situation,it is urgent to improve the quality of primary and secondary education in multi-ethnic areas.Starting from the scientific outlook on education development and integrating the research results at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the connotation of primary and secondary education quality in multi-ethnic areas in China into five aspects,and summarizes the dimensions of its quality improvement into five short-term aspects and one long-term aspect,which provides a theoretical basis for the research on primary and secondary education quality in multi-ethnic areas.
