摘要
语文教学技能是语文教师专业发展的基础,也是小学教育师范生需掌握的必备技能.通过笔者长期教学发现,小学教育师范生的语文教学技能主要存在以下不足:"三笔字"功底较薄弱,文本解读能力有待提升,对教学理论的实践能力需要加强.对此本文提出相应策略:"三笔字"训练常态化;增设文学类课程,提升文本分析能力;加强与实习基地合作,通过实践提升学生的教学技能.总之,师范生教学技能的训练是一项复杂的系统工程,需要个人、高校、实习基地等各方面合力参与.
Chinese teaching skills are not only the basis of Chinese teachers’professional development,but also the necessary skills for primary school normal students.Through the author’s long-term teaching discovery,it is found that the Chinese teaching skills of primary education normal students mainly have the following deficiencies:students are weak in"The Three Kinds of Handwritings",their ability of text interpretation needs to be improved,and their practical ability of teaching theory needs to be strengthened.This paper puts forward the corresponding strategies.Normalization of"The Three Kinds of Handwritings"training;Literature courses are added in universities to improve students’ability of text analysis;Universities should strengthen cooperation with practice bases to improve students’teaching skills through practice.In short,the training of normal students’teaching skills is a complex systematic project,which needs the joint participation of individuals,colleges and universities,practice bases and so on.
