粤港澳大湾区高校职业生涯教育现状及比较研究

The Career Education of Universities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Development Proposals

本文立足于粤港澳大湾区背景,针对目前湾区高校职业生涯教育在自身建设和融合发展中存在的问题,选取香港城市大学、澳门大学作为研究对象,对粤港澳三地高校的职业生涯教育在教育理念、教育方式、师资条件、企业与校友资源、信息化建设以及创业服务这六个方面进行横向对比,以相互借鉴,取长补短,提出优化大湾区高校职业生涯教育的四项建议.

Based on the background of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,this article studies the status quo of career education of City University of Hong Kong and University of Macao and makes a comparison between universities of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao from the aspects of education concept,education method,faculties,enterprise and alumni resources,information construction and entrepreneur services to learn from each other,and therefore puts forward four proposals to optimize career education of universities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
