摘要
以某大型装配式可伸缩钢结构看台为研究对象,依据其结构体系特点、边界条件及构件连接方式建立有限元分析模型。考虑不同工况组合展开结构内力分析,讨论最不利内力分布情况。采用整体稳定性分析方法找出看台结构薄弱部位,并依据规范对其整体稳定进行评价。现场监测表明,看台关键构件的应力及变形水平与理论计算接近,此类看台活荷载动力系数建议取1.6。
Take a large grandstand prefabricated steel grandstand with folding function for research object.A finite element model was established based on boundary condition and structural system and connection pattern of the prefabricated steel grandstand.Considering the functions of grandstand and different load combinations,the mechanical analysis and discussions of the distribution of the most unfavorable inner forces were conducted.The overall stability analysis was conducted to found out the weak position of structure.Secondly,according to some technical standards,some evaluations to overall stability for the grandstand were made.The field monitoring results indicate that stress and deformation levels of the key component accords with theoretical calculation,and dynamical factor of live load is suggested as a fixed value of 1.6 for this kind of grandstand.
