摘要
应变强化型水泥基复合材料(Strain-hardening Cementitious Composites,SHCC)是一种经过统计力学和断裂力学设计,具有拉伸应变硬化特性和多缝开裂的混凝土。为了发挥其卓越的拉伸性能,国内外的研究者进行了材料、构件和结构三个层面的研究,并验证该材料用于高韧性建造和自动化建造的可行性。本文从多个方面总结了国内外的研究成果,对该材料在土木工程领域的应用进行了展望。
Strain-hardening cementitious composites(SHCC)is a family of fiber reinforced concrete elaborately designed on the basis of statistical mechanics and fracture mechanics.The distinctive pseudo strainhardening behavior and multiple cracking characteristics endow SHCC with excellent tensile strength and tensile deformation ability.To demonstrate the feasibility of using SHCC for high resilient construction and automatic construction,the worldwide researchers conducted experimental and theoretical studies on SHCC at various levels,i.e.,material,member and structural system.This article presents a review of the relevant achievement both at home and abroad.Moreover,the future application of SHCC in civil engineering is prospected.
