经皮脊柱内镜腰椎微创融合术的临床研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 随着内镜技术及微创器械的飞速发展,脊柱内镜技术得到了广泛的临床应用。经皮内镜辅助下腰椎融合术(percutaneous endoscopic lumbar interbody fusion,PE-LIF)作为一种新兴脊柱微创技术,有望引领微创脊柱外科的发展方向。本文围绕PE-LIF的手术适应证及禁忌证、现有技术手段、融合器选择的最新研究现状做一综述。 With the rapid development of endoscopic technology and minimally invasive instruments,spinal endoscopic technology has been widely used in clinical practice.Percutaneous endoscopic lumbar interbody fusion(PE-LIF),as an emerging minimally invasive spine technique,is expected to lead the development direction of minimally invasive spine surgery.In this paper,the latest research advances in PE-LIF in the aspects of surgical indications and contraindications,available technical means,and the selection of fusion apparatus are reviewed.
