摘要 采用EGR技术的国Ⅵ发动机,其EGR系统故障不仅会引起整车排放超标,而且会触发限扭策略进而导致整车动力不足。本文利用车联网数据平台及发动机故障诊断终端设备,通过对某款重卡车型满载爬坡抖动问题的排查分析,找出问题的根本原因,并联合有关厂家对EGR单项阀进行深入分析及改进优化,最终通过发动机台架和整车道路耐久验证,为国ⅥEGR系统改进提供了技术储备。 National Standard Ⅵ diesel engine with EGR technology, Its EGR system failure will not only cause the vehicle emission exceeding the standard, but also trigger the torque limiting strategy, resulting in the lack of vehicle power. This paper uses the vehicle networking data platform and engine fault diagnosis terminal equipment, Through the investigation and analysis of the full load climbing jitter problem of a heavy truck, the root cause of the problem was found, and the EGR check valve was deeply analyzed and improved by cooperating with the manufacturer, Finally, it passed the engine durability bench test and the vehicle durability road test, provide knowledge reserve for the improvement of National Standard Ⅵ EGR system.
