摘要
整理和分析网络药理学与高效液相色谱在中药配方颗粒质量控制的相关文献,为中药质量控制的深入研究提供参考。通过中国知网,维普,PubMed等数据库,检索了近几年来,中药配方颗粒质量控制方法的文献,并按照不同的作用机理进行了分类。通过整理发现中药配方颗粒的质量控制方法主要是使用高效液相色谱技术,但是结合网络药理学的文献鲜有报道。目前对中药配方颗粒质量控制的研究还不够完善,并且发现在配方颗粒的质量控制的研究中,结合高效液相色谱技术和网络药理学技术找出药效的作用机制,能较全面反映中药所含有效成分种类与含量,进而对质量进行整体描述和评价。因此,本文就高效液相色谱与网络药理学在中药配方颗粒质量控制的应用进行综述,以期为中药配方颗粒质量控制提供参考。
To provide a reference for the in-depth study of quality control of traditional Chinese medicine,the network pharmacology and HPLC on the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules were collated and analyzed.Through the CNKI,Weipu,PubMed and other databases,the literature on the quality control methods of Chinese medicine formula granules in recent years were retrieved and classified according to different action mechanisms.The quality control methods of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules mainly used HPLC technology,only few literature reported combination network pharmacology.The HPLC combination the network pharmacology technology can fully reflect the types and contents of active ingredients,find out the action mechanism of pharmacodynamics for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules.These results will provide a reference for the quality control of Chinese medicine formula granules.
