契约式体能训练结合艾灸、推拿对亚健康状态下非特异性腰背痛患者的影响

Effect of Contract Physical Training Combined with Moxibustion and Tuina on Patients with Non-specific Low Back Pain in Sub-health Status

目的:探讨契约式体能训练结合艾灸、推拿对亚健康状态下非特异性腰背痛患者临床症状和生活质量的影响。方法:选取80例亚健康状态下非特异性腰背痛患者作为研究对象,以抽签法分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予艾灸、推拿治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以契约式体能训练,比较两组临床疗效、腰背痛和麻木评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、腰椎活动度[采用重复改良的Schober试验(MMS)评估]、生活质量[采用健康调查量表36(SF-36)评估]。结果:观察组治疗优良率(97.5%)高于对照组(75.0%)(P<0.05);治疗后,两组腰背痛和麻木评分、VAS评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),MMS、SF-36评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组腰背痛和麻木评分、VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),MMS、SF-36评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:契约式体能训练结合艾灸、推拿可以改善亚健康状态下非特异性腰背痛患者临床症状,提高其生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of moxibustion and tuina combined with contract physical training on clinical symptoms and quality of life in patients with non-specific low back pain in sub-health status.Methods:Eighty patients with non-specific low back pain in sub-health status were enrolled as research subjects.They were equally divided into control group and observation group by the lottery method.The control group was treated with moxibustion and tuina,while the observation group was treated with contract physical training besides the treatment in the control group.The curative effect,low back pain,numbness and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,lumbar mobility[modified-modified Schober(MMS)],and quality of life[36-item short form(SF-36)scores]were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,low back pain,numbness and VAS scores were decreased,while MMS and SF-36 scores increased compared with before treatment in both groups(P<0.05).Besides,low back pain,numbness and VAS scores of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05),while MMS and SF-36 scores of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion and tuina combined with contract physical training could improve clinical symptoms and quality of life in patients with non-specific low back pain in sub-health status.
