帕金森病(PD)是目前第二大神经退行性疾病,研究发现PI3K/Akt信号通路与PD存在一定关联,可通过影响氧化应激反应、线粒体功能、炎症反应、神经元凋亡等途径干预PD的发生发展。近年来,越来越多的证据表明,中医药可为PD的治疗提供有效的辅助作用,并有多种治疗手段,如中药单药、单药提取物、中药复方、针刺等。参考文献32篇。

Parkinson’s disease(PD)is currently the second common neurodegenerative disease.Studies have shown that the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway is related to PD.PI3K/Akt signaling pathway can affect oxidative stress,mitochondrial function,inflammation,and neuronal apoptosis to intervene the occurrence and development of PD.In recent years,more and more evidence has shown that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)could provide complementary therapy for PD effectively.There are multiple treatment methods by TCM,such as single Chinese medicinal,single medicinal extract,compound Chinese medicinals,acupuncture.There are 32 papers cited as the references.
