摘要
苏州河作为特大城市宜居生活的典型滨水示范区,随着苏州河中心城区两岸贯通后亲水平台及堤防滨水步道已成为市民亲水休闲的公共空间。苏州河堤防受客观水情工情影响仍然存在部分安全风险。按照上海市城市运行精细化管理"高效处置一件事"的要求,拟以苏州河贯通岸段堤防安全风险智能管控为基础,对堤防网格化管理系统进行全面升级,将人工巡查与智能监测感知充分结合,构建符合"智慧城市"建设需求的"智慧堤防"应用体系。
Suzhou River,as a typical waterfront demonstration area for livable life in a megacity,has become a public space for water-friendly recreation with the horizontal platform and waterfront walkway of embankment after both sides of the central urban area of Suzhou River are connected.There are still some safety risks in the embankment of Suzhou River under the influence of objective water conditions.In accordance with the requirement of"efficient disposal of one thing"of the refined urban operation and management of Shanghai,on the basis of the risk intelligent control of embankment safety in the connected bank sections of Suzhou River,the grid management system of embankment is comprehensively upgraded.The artificial inspection and intelligent monitoring perception are fully combined to build a"smart embankment"application system that meets the construction requirements of"smart city".
