摘要
钢管桩是一种绿色环保、施工快速并在各类工程中应用越来越广泛的围护结构。基于上海市武宁路快速化改建工程,采取有限元模拟、工程案例调研的手段,探索了预制钢管桩围护结构的可行性。预制钢管桩能较好地满足工程需求:承载性能安全可靠,围护结构抗变形性能与普通围护无明显差异;工程可实施性优异,施工快速高效、绿色环保、质量可控、易于加工;预制钢管桩是一种安全可靠、绿色环保、施工快速的围护结构。
Steel pipe pile is a kind of retaining structure with green environmental protection,rapid construction,and widely used in various projects.Based on the Shanghai Wuning Road Rapid Reconstruction Project,the feasibility of prefabricated steel pipe pile retaining structure is explored by the means of finite element simulation and engineering case study.The prefabricated steel pipe pile can better meet the engineering requirements.Its bearing capacity is safe and reliable.The anti-deformation performance of the retaining structure is not obviously different from the ordinary retaining.Its engineering implementation is excellent.Its construction is quick and efficient with green environmental protection,controllable quality and easy processing.The prefabricated steel pipe pile is a kind of retaining structure with safety,reliability,green environmental protection,rapid construction.
