摘要
近年来在工程建设管理过程中,由于施工过程数据的流通不畅、交换效率低下给工程计量工作带来了诸多不便。徐韩公路快速化改造工程妥善利用BIM技术信息化集成功能辅助参建各方开展各项施工管理工作,建立了以三维建筑模型为基础,关联建筑工程项目材料、进度、质量、计量等各种相关信息的集成数据模型,打破了施工过程中各项工作间的数据壁垒,实现自动式触发计量,极大减轻了中间计量过程中参建各方的工作量,同时使得计量资料数字化、电子化,审批流程线上化、可视化,有效助推建设单位对施工计量工作的协同化管理、精细化把控。
In recent years of engineering construction and management,the poor circulation and low exchange efficiency of data in the construction process bring a lot of inconvenience to the engineering measurement work.The BIM technical information integration function is properly used in Xuhan Highway Rapid Reconstruction Project,which assists the cooperated-building parties to carry out various construction management works.Based on the three-dimensional building model,an integrated data model is established to integrate all kinds of relevant information such as the materials,progress,quality,measurement,etc.of the building engineering project,which breaks the data barriers in the construction process,and realizes the automatic trigger measurement.It greatly reduces the workload of each unit in the intermediate measurement work,and also makes the measurement data digital and electronic,and the approval process online and visual,which effectively promotes the construction units of the construction measurement work of collaborative management and refined control.
