摘要 介绍了一款兼具防水和装饰功能的水性外墙双组分涂料!研究了乳液种类、灰聚比对涂膜的影响以及提高涂膜抗泛碱性、耐沾污性的方法。结果发现:采用纯丙乳液。灰聚比控制在1.0-1.3制得的聚合物水泥基防水装饰一体化涂料的性能最佳;Tg=22℃的纯丙乳液配合疏水剂能够提高涂料的耐沾污性;低碱水泥配合抑碱剂、疏水剂,可以改善涂膜的抗泛碱性. In this article, a two-component waterborne exterior wall coating with both waterproofing and decorative function is introduced. The paper studies the effects of emulsion types and the ratio of cement to polymer on the film of the coating, and the methods to improve the film’s resistance to alkalinity and staining. The results show that when pure acrylic emulsion is adopted and the cement to polymer ratio is controlled between 1.0~1.3, the obtained polymer cement-based waterproofing and decorative integrated coating possesses the best performances;pure acrylic emulsion of Tg=22 ℃ and hydrophobic agent can improve the stain resistance of the coating;low alkali cement combined with alkali inhibitor and hydrophobic agent can improve the alkalinity resistance of the film.
