摘要
某超高层办公楼地下室底板为整体筏板基础,基坑采用了地连墙+内支撑支护形式,底板防水设计采用一级防水,迎水面采用预铺式防水卷材;底板大体积混凝土内部预埋冷却水管降低混凝土内部温升;在背水面采用水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料;除了结构自防水和一刚一柔附加防水层外,在底板内侧还采用了HDPE疏水板,达到多道设防、刚柔并举、防排结合等多道措施,确保了地下室底板防水质量。
The basement floor of a super high-rise office building is an integral raft foundation and the foundation pit adopts the form of diaphragm wall + internal support. Grade 1 waterproofing is adopted for the waterproofing design of the floor, and pre-laid waterproofing membrane is adopted for the water facing surface;cooling water pipe is embedded in the mass concrete of the bottom plate to reduce the internal temperature rise of the concrete;cement based capillary crystalline waterproofing coating is employed on the air face;in addition to the structure self-waterproofing and the additional one rigid and one flexible waterproofing layers, HDPE drain plate is also adopted on the inner side of the bottom plate to achieve multiple waterproofing measures, like multiple fortifications, combination of rigid and flexible, and integration of prevention and drainage, so as to ensure the waterproofing quality of the basement floor.
