摘要
高分子膜基防水卷材的力学性能主要取决于高分子胎基膜,本研究对高分子胎基膜采用不同的裁样方法(设备裁样、手动裁样)裁取的拉伸性能试件进行了试验数据比较,探讨了两者间的数据差距。结果表明,高延伸率类(E类)材料两种裁样方法裁切试件的拉伸性能几乎没有差别;高强度类(H类)高分子胎基膜由于材料撕裂性能差,采用设备裁样的拉力及延伸率检测数据远远高于手动裁样,因此,采用设备裁样检测更能体现H类材料本身的拉伸性能。
The mechanical property of polymer film reinforced waterproofing membrane mainly depend on the polymer film.In this study, the test data of tensile property test-pieces of polymer film prepared by different cutting methods(equipment cutting and manual cutting)are compared, and the data difference between them is discussed. The results show that there is almost no difference in tensile properties between the two cutting methods for high elongation(class E)materials;due to the poor tearing performance of high-strength(class H)polymer film, the tensile strength and elongation data of equipment cut sample are much higher than those of manual cut sample. Therefore, the tensile performance of class H material can be better reflected by equipment sample cutting.
