邻苯二甲酸酯对健康影响的危害评估 被引量:15

Hazard assessment of the effects of Di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP)on health

摘要 目的邻苯二甲酸酯[Di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate,DEHP]是目前应用最广泛的增塑剂之一,在食品包装材料、服装面料、医疗器械、土壤、水源和室内外空气中均有检出。本研究基于对DEHP的危害识别和危害特征描述,进行健康影响的危害评估。方法通过对文献型数据库(Pubmed、Toxline、万方和知网等)、毒理学信息数据库(HSDB和ChemIDplus等)以及人类健康、环境保护相关权威机构的官方数据库(EFSA、EPA、WHO、IARC和NTP等)进行文献的检索、去重、人工筛选、文献梳理和质量评价,进一步基于收集筛选所获得的毒理学数据信息,开展DEHP的健康危害评估。结果以生殖和发育毒性作为最敏感的观察终点,欧盟食品安全局(EFSA)、欧盟化学品管理局(ECHA)以及我国国家食品安全风险评估专家委员会等机构确定DEHP的TDI为0.05 mg/kg·bw·d。结论DEHP的急性经口毒性低,但长期暴露具有一定的健康风险,其毒作用主要包括生殖毒性、肝毒性、神经毒性和内分泌毒性等。 Objective Di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate,(DEHP)is one of the most widely used plasticizers.It has been detected in food packaging materials,clothing fabrics,medical devices,soil,water source,indoor and outdoor air.Based on the hazard identification and hazard characterization of DEHP,the hazard assessment of the effects of DEHP on health was carried out in this study.Methods Through searching data,de-duplication,manual screening,literature sorting and quality evaluation of literature in databases(PubMed,Toxline,Wanfang,CNKI,etc),toxicology information databases(HSDB,chemIDplus,etc)and official databases(EFSA,EPA,WHO,IARC,NTP,etc)of human health and environmental protection authorities,the toxicological information was collected and analyzed.Results Taking reproductive and developmental toxicity as the most sensitive endpoint,the TDI,established by EFSA,ECHA and China national food safety risk assessment expert committee,was 0.05 mg/kg·bw·d.Conclusion The result showed that the acute oral toxicity of DEHP was low,but long-term exposure had certain health risks,and its toxicity mainly included reproductive toxicity,hepatotoxicity,neurotoxicity and endocrine toxicity.
