内蒙古某铁锌矿选矿试验研究

摘要 针对内蒙古某铁锌矿进行选矿试验研究,通过条件试验确定了铅、锌浮选药剂制度和选别流程,确定了锌尾矿磁选铁的磁场强度。原矿采用“铅优先浮选-浮铅尾矿选锌-浮锌尾矿磁选铁”的联合流程,最终分别获得了铅精矿品位45.54%,回收率77.32%,含银品位1981.85 g/t,回收率48.03%;锌精矿品位50.61%,回收率90.79%,铁精矿中TFe品位66.28%,回收率65.69%的技术指标,为该矿石的选别提供了理论依据。 The mineral processing study of a certain iron zinc ore in Inner Mongolia was carried out,the flotation reagent system and separation process of lead and zinc and the magnetic field intensity of magnetic separation of iron from zinc tailings are determined by condition test.The combined process of"lead preferential flotation-zinc separation from floating lead tailings-magnetic separation of iron from floating zinc tailings"is adopted for the raw ore.Finally,the technical indexes of the grade of lead concentrate is 45.54%,recovery rate is 77.32%,silver grade is 1981.85 g/t,recovery rate is 48.03%;the grade of zinc concentrate is 50.61%,the recovery rate is 90.79%,the TFe grade of iron concentrate is 66.28%,the recovery rate is 65.69%are obtained respectively,it provides a theoretical basis for the separation of the ore.
