钢渣基固结粉胶凝材料开发与应用研究 被引量:2

Research on Development and Application of Cementitious Materials for Steel Slag-based Consolidation Powder

摘要 针对中关铁矿高泥尾砂,利用钢渣、矿渣和脱硫石膏等固废资源,开展替代水泥的钢渣基固结粉胶凝材料研究。首先进行全尾砂及活性胶凝材料物化及粒径分析,然后开展钢渣基固结粉胶结充填体强度试验。根据正交试验极差分析及回归分析,确定钢渣基固结粉优化配方为钢渣35%、脱硫石膏18%和矿渣微粉47%;其尾砂胶结充填体强度约是水泥强度的1.5倍,材料成本仅为42.5普通硅酸盐水泥成本的40%左右。工业试验结果表明,尾砂胶结充填体7 d、28 d抗压强度超过工业充填设计指标,钢渣基尾砂充填固结粉满足矿山充填采矿要求。 In view of the high-mud tailings of Zhongguan Iron Mine,the steel slag-based consolidation powder cementitious material replacing cement was studied by using solid waste resources such as steel slag,ore slag and desulfurization gypsum.Firstly,the physicochemical properties and particle size analysis of the whole tailings and the active cementitious materials were carried out,and then the strength test of the steel slag-based consolidation powder cemented backfill was carried out.According to the range analysis and regression analysis of orthogonal test,the optimal formula of steel slag-based consolidation powder was determined as steel slag 35%,desulfurization gypsum 18%and slag powder 47%.The strength of cemented tailings backfill is about 1.5 times that of cement,and the material cost is only about 40%that of 42.5 ordinary Portland cement.The industrial test results show that thecompressive strength of cemented tailings filling body in 7 d and 28 d exceeds the industrial filling design index,and the steel slag-based tailings filling consolidation powder meets the requirements of filling mining.
