摘要
为解决新疆某多金属矿铜铅分离困难、互含严重的问题,开展了铜铅分离工艺条件试验。试验采用混合精矿压滤协同活性炭脱药,将重铬酸钾、水玻璃、CMC进行组合作为抑制剂,Z-200作为捕收剂,经一粗两精一扫,可获得:Cu品位为20.34%、回收率为92.38%、含Pb量为6.46%的铜精矿;Pb品位为51.09%、回收率为95.13%、含Cu量为0.68%的铅精矿,铜铅分离指标良好。
In order to solve the problem of difficult separation and serious mutual inclusion of copper and lead in a polymetallic ore in Xinjiang,the separation process conditions of copper and lead were tested.Mixed concentrate pressure filtration was combined with activated carbon for reagent removal.The potassium dichromate,sodium silicate,and CMC were combined as depressant and Z-200 was taken as collector.By the process of one roughing,two cleaning and one sweeping,the copper concentrate with Cu grade of 20.34%,recovery rate of 92.38%,containing 6.46%of Pb can be obtained,as well as the lead concentrate with Pb grade of 51.09%,recovery rate of 95.13%,containing 0.68%of Cu.The separation index of copper and lead is good.
