摘要
对海底富钴结壳底质特性进行了研究,提出适合于富钴结壳矿体资源的切削破碎方法,基于灰铸铁切削经验公式,采用等值换算法,构建了深海富钴结壳切削破碎技术参数计算模型,获得切削力与功率的经验计算公式;基于富钴结壳矿床特性,研制了富钴结壳模拟底质和地形,开展了实验室模拟结壳切削试验。试验结果表明,切削深度为2.5 cm时,试验获得的单齿切削力为1360 N,与理论经验计算值1317 N接近;另外,试验消耗功率8.55 kW和理论经验计算值8.12 kW也较为接近,验证了该理论经验公式计算方法的合理性和可行性,为后续深海富钴结壳资源开采技术研究打下了基础。
The cutting and crushing method suitable for the cobalt-rich crust ore body was put forward by studying the characteristics of cobalt-rich crust substrate in deep sea.Then,based on the cutting empirical formula of grey cast iron,the calculation model of cutting and crushing technical parameters of cobalt-rich crust was built by equivalent conversion method.And the empirical calculation formulas of cutting force and power were obtained.Based on the characteristics of cobalt-rich crust deposits,the simulated substrate and topography of cobalt-rich crusts were developed,and simulation experiments of crusts cutting were carried out in laboratory.The experiment results show that when the cutting depth is 2.5 cm,the experimental single-tooth cutting force is 1360 N,which is close to the theoretical empirical calculation value of 1317 N.Meanwhile,the experimental power consumption of 8.55 kW is close to the theoretical empirical calculation value of 8.12 kW.The results verify the scientificity and feasibility of the theoretical formula calculation and lay a foundation for the subsequent research on the exploitation technology of deep-sea cobalt-rich crust resources.
