摘要
泌尿系统恶性肿瘤严重影响着患者的生命健康,目前临床治疗效果并不理想。N6-甲基腺苷RNA甲基化(N6-methyladenosine,m6A)是一种常见的RNA修饰方式,相关研究表明m6A与非编码RNA(non-cod-ing RNAs,ncRNAs)之间相互作用在多种泌尿系统恶性肿瘤发生、发展、侵袭、转移和预后密切相关,这为设计新的分子治疗方案提供研究方向。本文简述了m6A和ncRNAs之间相互调节作用,归纳了m6A和ncRNAs与泌尿系统恶性肿瘤之间的关系,主要包括前列腺癌、膀胱癌和肾癌,以提高对泌尿系统恶性肿瘤发病机制的认识,并且为泌尿系统恶性肿瘤治疗策略提供新的思路。
Urinary malignancy seriously affects the health of patients and the clinical treatment effect is not i-deal at present.N6-methyladenosine(m6A)RNA methylation is a common RNA modification and related studies have shown that the interaction between m6Aand non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs)is closely associated with the oc-currence,progression,invasion,metastasis and prognosis of urological malignancies,which provides a research direction for the design of new molecular therapy protocols.This study introduced the interaction between m6A and ncRNAs.We summarized the relationship between m6A,ncRNAs and urological malignancy,including pros-tate cancer,bladder cancer and renal cell carcinoma to improve the understanding of the pathogenesis of urinary malignancy and to provide a new idea for the treatment of urinary malignancy.
