党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视区域协调发展。2018年11月,中共中央、国务院印发《关于建立更加有效的区域协调发展新机制的意见》,为促进区域协调发展向更高水平和更高质量迈进作出全面部署。2019年8月,习近平总书记在中央财经委员会第五次会议上指出,中国经济发展的空间结构正在发生深刻变化,中心城市和城市群正在成为承载发展要素的主要空间形式。2020年1月,习近平总书记在中央财经委员会第六次会议上强调,要发挥山东半岛城市群龙头作用,推动沿黄地区中心城市及城市群高质量发展。

In January 2020,the 6th meeting of the Financial and Economic Commission of CPC Central Committee was held,focusing on furthering the leading role of Shandong peninsula city cluster and promoting the high-quality development of the cities and city clusters centrally located along the Yellow River.Shandong province has taken resolute and timely action to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s instructions and planning.The new pattern of coordinated regional development featuring“one cluster,two centers and three circles”has become the start and end that the province pursues.The seven cities belonging to the provincial capital economic circle tie together geographical resources,enjoy frequent communication and close coordination,and take the bonus from the integration of cultural and economic aspects.The cities established a win-win situation based on thousands of years of cooperation and interaction.
